At a time when most families are getting smaller, some families are getting much larger
This is the story of one family.
On November 9, 1997, in lowa, Bobbi McCaughey had seven babies. The four boys and three girls were born very small. They all stayed in the hospital for many weeks. The President called to congratulate Bobbie and her husband Kenny.
The family also received a lot presents. They were given a large new house, a van, diapers, baby care products, food and money. For eight months, volunteers helped the family. Mom an Dad joined with popular singers and made a CD of baby songs. Sales from this CD, called Sweet Dreams, Have helped the family with the high cost of taking care seven children.
